1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "User", "Player", or "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the jkthkt platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User upon registration with jkthkt.

• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by a User into their jkthkt Account for the purpose of wagering or gameplay.
• "Withdrawal" refers to funds requested by a User to be transferred from their jkthkt Account to their designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other incentives offered by jkthkt to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "IDR" or "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency used for all transactions on the jkthkt platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on jkthkt, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

1. You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and understand your rights and obligations as a User of the Platform.
2. You accept these Terms & Conditions without modification or reservation and agree to comply with all provisions herein.
3. You also accept and agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
4. jkthkt reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
5. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you remain informed of any updates or modifications.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use the jkthkt platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of account registration. jkthkt operates under strict age verification policies and reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents to verify your age at any time. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits refunded (minus any bonuses received).

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

The jkthkt platform is designed to serve residents of Indonesia. By using our Services, you confirm that you are physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of account registration and gameplay. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local regulations.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You confirm that you are not restricted from entering into legal agreements due to bankruptcy, insolvency, legal guardianship, or any other legal impediment.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account with jkthkt. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential legal action. jkthkt employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprinting, IP addresses, payment methods, and behavioral patterns.

3.5 Self-Exclusion and Problem Gambling

If you have previously self-excluded from jkthkt or any other online gaming platform due to problem gambling concerns, you must not attempt to register a new account or circumvent existing self-exclusion measures. Doing so constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure without refund.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To register an account with jkthkt, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided during registration must match the details on your government-issued identification documents and bank account or e-wallet account used for deposits and withdrawals.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jkthkt is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our compliance procedures, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet account showing your name)
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals

Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. jkthkt reserves the right to refuse service to any User who fails to complete KYC verification satisfactorily.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jkthkt Account credentials, including your username, password, and any security questions. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password containing a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices
• Immediately notify jkthkt customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account

jkthkt will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

4.4 Account Information Updates

You must promptly update your Account information if any of your personal details change, including your residential address, email address, or phone number. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in withdrawal processing, account verification issues, or inability to receive important communications from jkthkt.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

jkthkt accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits.

Deposits are typically processed instantly. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and the policies of your financial institution. jkthkt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts not belonging to the Account holder) are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refund of the deposit (minus any applicable processing fees).

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made via the same payment method used for your initial deposit, unless otherwise agreed with jkthkt customer support. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. VIP tier members may have higher withdrawal limits as outlined in the VIP program terms.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bank transfers: 1-3 hours during business hours (09:00-17:00 WIB, Monday-Friday)
• E-wallets: Instant to 1 hour (24/7 processing)
• Weekend and public holiday requests: Processed on the next business day

All withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. jkthkt reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if additional KYC documentation is required or if suspicious activity is detected. In cases where bonus wagering requirements have not been met, only the deposited amount (minus any bonus credits) will be available for withdrawal.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

jkthkt is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. In cases where a User deposits funds and requests immediate withdrawal without placing any wagers, jkthkt reserves the right to charge a 10% administrative fee and may reject the withdrawal request entirely. Large or unusual withdrawal requests may be subject to additional scrutiny and documentation requirements.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jkthkt offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 10x (deposit + bonus), though specific promotions may have different requirements. For example, if you deposit Rp 1.000.000 and receive a Rp 1.000.000 bonus, you must wager a total of Rp 20.000.000 (10x × Rp 2.000.000) before withdrawal is permitted.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

jkthkt reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend accounts if bonus abuse is detected. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions, colluding with other players, employing betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other behavior deemed to constitute abuse of promotional offers.

6.3 Promotional Terms

Each promotion offered by jkthkt has its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly displayed on the promotion page. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before participating in any promotion. jkthkt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All Users must conduct themselves fairly and ethically while using the jkthkt platform. The following rules apply to all gameplay activities:

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games, slots, and lottery draws offered on jkthkt use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Sports betting odds are determined by jkthkt based on market analysis and are subject to change in real-time based on betting volume and event developments. jkthkt does not guarantee specific odds or outcomes.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects gameplay outcomes, all affected bets will be void and stakes refunded. jkthkt is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party software errors.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are settled based on official results published by the governing sports body or league. In cases where a match is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, settlement rules will follow standard industry practices. Specific market rules are available on request from customer support.

7.4 Collusion and Cheating

Any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: using automated betting software or bots, exploiting software vulnerabilities, sharing account information with others, coordinating betting strategies with other players to guarantee profits, and any other behavior deemed to constitute unfair play. Violation of this provision will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using the jkthkt platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or engaging in money laundering
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or account verification
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your true location
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other Users or jkthkt staff
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of jkthkt software
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account to any third party
• Using the Platform while under the influence of substances that impair judgment

Violation of any provision in this section will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jkthkt and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to User error, negligence, or misunderstanding of game rules
• Technical malfunctions, software errors, or interruptions in service
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors
• Loss of profits, business opportunities, or data
• Any other losses not directly caused by jkthkt's gross negligence or willful misconduct

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the jkthkt platform is to cease using the Services. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by jkthkt

jkthkt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Reasons for account suspension include but are not limited to:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• Use of multiple accounts or third-party payment methods
• Engaging in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 8
• Harassment of other Users or jkthkt staff
• Any other behavior deemed by jkthkt to be detrimental to the Platform or its Users

Upon account termination for violation of these Terms, all funds in your Account balance will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals will be canceled.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting jkthkt customer support. All outstanding wagering requirements must be completed, and your Account balance must be withdrawn before closure can be finalized. jkthkt reserves the right to retain your personal information for a reasonable period following account closure to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you can request self-exclusion for a specified period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent). During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account or create a new Account. 11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and other intellectual property displayed on the jkthkt platform are the exclusive property of jkthkt or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not, without jkthkt's prior written consent:

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and the laws applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Indonesian market context. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, your use of the jkthkt platform, or your relationship with jkthkt shall be resolved through the following process:

12.1 Informal Resolution

12.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed-upon neutral arbitrator. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
